• Peel-off strength: 600-800 gm. At 3.0 gsm dry coating in al-foil with pvc substrate.

• Coating of the foil is done using gravure coating system

• Solvent-based heat seal coating for blister packaging

• Heat sealing of coated surface with rigid pvc/ps/pet.

• Chemiseal is a colorless coating, no yellowish tinge on coated paper.

• Paper surfaces coated with this adhesive provide gloss and protect the printing ink.

Used for coating of cards for blister packaging of a variety of consumer and industrial products like razor blades, shaving brush, toothbrush, toys, auto components, and electronics spare parts, etc.
